ABOUT US

Liberty Christian Academy was founded in 1983 by Liberty Baptist Church. Shortly thereafter, LCA offered preschool through 12th grade and began a varsity athletic program.

In November 2002, a main educational building, with thirteen classrooms, a gymnasium and school offices, was constructed. The preschool was moved to its current location, in the original church building. A decade later, Liberty Christian Academy was renamed Liberty Christian Preparatory School. This identified LCP’s transition to a more rigorous college-prep program.

Today, with almost 500 students on campus, LCP recently completed a building project that consists of a new middle/high school wing that hosts 10 classrooms, a teacher work area, a set of restrooms, and administrative office spaces.

Liberty Christian Prep continues to prepare and equip students for spiritual, academic, and personal success. Our vision is to help students discover their God-given strengths and interests so they are prepared academically and spiritually for their future.

Dual enrollment, Advanced Placement, and Honors courses are offered to our high school students. Out of high school, 95% of our students attend the college of their choice. Our recent alumni attend Liberty University, Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, Southeastern University, Stetson University, University of Central Florida, Tampa University, and many other prestigious universities.
