Fall Sports Senior Night - 10/11/21
Go Lions! Over the past two weeks LCP had seven volleyball games and one cross country meet.
Varsity volleyball’s game was an away game and held on Sep 21 against Reborn Christian with the score at the end being 3-0 in Liberty’s favor. Their next game was another away game on Sep 23 against Praise Temple with the ending score being 3-2 with Praise Temple up. Their final game was a home game against Victory Charter with the score being 3-0 in Liberty’s favor.
JV volleyball’s game was an away game held on Sep 21 against Reborn Christian with the ending score being 2-0 for Liberty. Their next game was a home game on Sep 24 against Victory Charter with the score being 2-0 Liberty’s up. Their final game was another home game on Sep 28 against Pathways with the ending score being 2-1 in Liberty’s favor.
Middle school volleyball had a home game on the 23 against Hampden Dubose with the ending score being 2-0 in Hampden’s favor.
Last, but definitely not least, LCP’s cross country team had a meet Saturday, Sep 25 in Winter Garden. The top times for the LCP teams were as follows: Varsity: Junior, Aiden Thomas 22:07. JV Boys: Freshman Zane West 21:11, Freshman Eric Avila 23:40, and sixth grader Dolan Avila 31:44. Girls: Seventh grader Delaney Thomas 28:24 and Freshman Meghan Nelson 30:42.
